STATUS DELISTING
ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING ON 19 JUNE 2006

In its announcement of the annual results on 15 March 2006 RSDB also announced that the Company conducts advanced discussions that should result in the delisting of the Company and that because of that development the Company had decided to postpone its annual shareholders meeting. The Company announced that it expected to be able to provide further information during the second half of this month.

These discussions that should result in the delisting of the company are still ongoing and the current expectation of RSDB is that these discussions should lead to a conclusion no later than by the middle of May.

RSDB announces that its annual meeting will be held on 19 June 2006 at 3 p.m. in the Rosarium in Amsterdam.
