New appointment to RSDB NV Executive Board

The Supervisory Board of RSDB NV, the largest printing group in the Netherlands and a major player in the European market, has proposed the appointment of Edwin Bouwman as member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of RSDB NV as of 1 July 2007. Edwin Bouwman has 15 years of broad experience in a variety of financial management positionsat Shell, both in the Netherlands and abroad. He is currently Vice President Finance New Business at Shell International Exploration and Production in Rijswijk. Edwin Bouwman’s appointment as a member of the statutory board will be proposed to a General Shareholders Meeting of RSDB NV at a date to be announced later.

Edwin Bouwman was born in 1967 and is of Dutch nationality. He studied economics at the Erasmus University, Rotterdam, after which he entered service with Shell, where he has worked in a variety of positions during the last 15 years, including Treasury Controller (1999–2001) at Shell International and Chief Financial Officer of Shell Marine Products (2002–2006). Since February 2007 Bouwman has been Vice President New Business Development in the Exploration and Production Division.

His wide international financial experience and commercial acumen are of immeasurable value and will contribute to the implementation of RSDB’s long-term strategy and financial goals. His personality will fit very well within the corporate culture of RSDB.”
