Annual Report 2007 published
General Shareholders’ Meeting on 27 June 2008

The 2007 Annual Report of RSDB NV is now available on the Group’s website (Financial - annual report) and will be sent to shareholders known to the Group and other interested parties.

The shareholders will be requested to approve the annual accounts at the General Shareholders’ Meeting on 27 June 2008, at 09:30 a.m. in the Rosarium, Amstelpark 1, Amsterdam. Further information, including the agenda and relevant papers, will be made available in good time.

At the announcement of the annual accounts on 20 March 2008, RSDB also announced that constructive talks had been commenced between an investor (the 'Investor') and RSDB about the Investor’s intention to make a public bid for all issued ordinary shares of RSDB, as stated in the press release on 13 March 2008. The due diligence audit will soon be completed. RSDB expects to give an update in May.
