- new member of the Supervisory Board R.A.J. Huyzer appointed

Roto Smeets Group NV announces that at the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held today R.A.J. Huyzer is appointed as member of the Supervisory Board.

This appointment follows the earlier announcement that Mr David Montgomery will resign as Chairman and member of the Supervisory Board of Roto Smeets Group NV as soon as the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting closes.

The Supervisory Board of the Roto Smeets Group N.V. will comprise as of today of:
Drs A.P. Lugt, vice chairman
Drs R. Blom
H.C.A. Groenen
R.A.J. Huyzer
Drs H.C.P. Noten

At the first meeting of the Supervisory Board thereafter, one of the members shall be appointed as Chairman and the key committees shall be formed.
