Sale of Ten Klei concluded

Ten Klei in Purmerend has a new owner. Today, 15 september 2006, RSDB transferred the shares of Kleihold to Kaspar Group. The Kaspar Group reached an agreement with the present management concerning the continuation of their employment after the take-over.

The sale of Ten Klei in Purmerend is the final step of the disinvestment plans announced in 2004 as a result of the strategic reorientation of RSDB.

The Kaspar Group is an investment company that takes positions in medium sized companies in the Netherlands, with two core businesses: Kaspar Venture Management (participation in existing companies) and The Start Up Company (start-ups for corporate partners). Kaspar Group has also an interest in another DM company and therefor envisage potential synergy possibilities.

Ten Klei is a leading direct marketing organisation, fully experienced and familiar with the entire DM process, from database management to warehousing and fulfilment.
