CEO RSDB steps down

In careful consultation with the supervisory board Hans de Jong, CEO of RSDB, has decided to step down in the General Annual Meeting of June 19.
In particular the disappointing result of the delisting activities has brought him to this decision.

John Caris will act as interim CEO, until De Jong’s succession has been provided for.

The supervisory board wishes to express its gratitude for Hans de Jong’s contribution, in several positions, during his lengthy career at RSDB.
